How do I adjust retainage on a line item?

  1. Click the drop-down arrow on the Retainage Type and select Variable Retainage. 
  2. Scroll to the Line Items section and make your adjustments in the retainage column.


If you cannot edit the Retainage Type, you will need to unlock retention for the Schedule of Values. How do I unlock retainage for a subcontractor SOV?
