Navigate to the Overview tab of the project and click View All in the Contractors Schedule of Values table.
- Right-click on the subcontractor's SOV that you want to unlock retainage for.
- Uncheck the Retainage Locked box.
- Or you can View the subcontractor's SOV and uncheck the box that says Retainage is locked for this schedule.
