How do I add a subcontractor to a project?

Only users with Admin or User Admin company permissions can add subcontractors to a project.

  1. Navigate to a project.
  2. Click on Project Companies in the project-level menu.
  3. Click on Add Company located in the center of the table header
  4. Once the box pops up you will have the ability to search for the company by name, tax id, contact name, or email address. 
  5. If you are unable to locate the company, they may not exist in GCPay's database. Click Send Invite to invite a new subcontractor company.

Once the subcontractor has been added to the project, the Admin will be able to create the Schedule of Values (SOV). If an invite has been sent to the subcontractor the Admin will have to wait until they are registered in GCPay to create the SOV.
