In November 2025, GCPay released the following features, enhancements, and bug fixes:
GCPay + Autodesk Cost Management Integration
We're excited to announce that GCPay can now integrate directly with Autodesk Cost Management, allowing GCPay users to combine the powerful pay app and lien waiver management of GCPay with the robust owner billing and budget controls provided by Autodesk Cost Management.
Perhaps the best part of this integration is how seamlessly it works with the owner billing and budget functions of Cost Management. Pay applications from GCPay sync with Cost Management and can be used to automatically generate budget pay apps and populate actual costs on the budget. Better yet, GCPay sends over all the supporting documentation, including the G702/703, lien waivers, and stored material backup, which can be used to create the draw package in Cost Management.
