Tiered Vendor Warnings

General Contractors know that tiered vendors can represent a somewhat hidden lien risk - which is why many users choose to track tier vendor liabilities and lien waivers in GCPay. To help minimize lien risk, GCPay has added the following warnings for two common scenarios where tier vendor lien risk may be heightened. Warnings are displayed on the Liabilities tab as well as the AFP review screen.

Smaller Updates and Bug Fixes

CMiC Sub Job Codes

We added sub job codes to CMiC, an optional setting. When enabled, sub job codes are displayed in the Extra column on subcontractor pay applications.

Sage Intacct Negative Line Items

Negative lines for Sage Intacct users are no longer filtered and can be billed against. 

Auto Numbering SOV Fix

Auto Numbering for SOVs and Change Orders has been fixed.
